DIRECTOR OF DINING SERVICES

Here I authored and implemented a large scale project to re-invent the culinary department, leading it on a journey from "dietary to culinary". I helped re-brand the department and extensively overhauled the menus, quality of food and style of service. I led the operation through catastrophic destruction from Hurricane Ian, without missing a meal, despite complete devastation of the facilities. After managing a complex project to re-invent dining, including the planning and initial construction stages of remodeling two restaurant and the construction of another, while managing a monumental post-hurricane rebuilding effort, I departed. My highly developed and  sophisticated leadership style and immeasurable contributions, coupled with unimpeachable character and quality standards will transfer well into my next role.
